Professional Bar Services: From weddings and banquets to class reunions and picnics, The Scandia Creamery is equipped to provide you with a memorable and positive bar service experience; whether at The Scandia Creamery or off site premise.

The Scandia Creamery is a full service beverage caterer with a friendly and professional staff ready to deliver prompt, courteous and reliable service to you and your guests. The Scandia Creamery bar service is fully licensed and insured. Our bar staff takes care of the drinks, so that you can take care of entertaining the guests. We clean up the mess so you can enjoy the party. We also offer a fine selection of beer, wine and hard liquor providing plenty of choices for each special occasion.

Each bar option listed requires a complete bar se-up provided by The Scandia Creamery. Off premise events include a portable bar with ice, fruit garnishes, soda pop, bottled water, juices, mixers, beverage napkins, stirrer sticks, and plastic glassware.

This package includes standard selections of beer, wine and liquor from our Alcohol Selection Menu. You may request special products not listed on our menu at additional cost. All beverages will be charged the standard pricing from the Alcohol Selection Menu and the total will be billed to the customer at the end of the event. Host tabs and tickets are available.

This package includes standard selections of beer, wine and liquor from our Alcohol Selection Menu. You may request special products not listed on our menu at additional cost. The customer may open the bar for a predetermined amount of time. All drinks during this period will be billed to the customer. After the designated time period the bar will revert to cash bar.

This package includes chilled champagne, plastic fluted glassware and pouring staff. The cost of this package is $2.50 per person.

All events are subject to a minimum sales guarantee of $500.00 per bar during week-days and $800.00 per bar week-ends. If this minimum is not met, the client will be billed for the difference. 

Minimum of 50 guests for events. 

A bartender fee of $16.00 per hour applies to all events. Two and a half hours will be added to the event time for set up and clean up for each bartender. One bartender per 100 guests. 

All bar packages are subject to a 18% service charge and 10.125% Minnesota sales tax.
