Our weekend rental rate is $1500.00 for The Scandia Creamery. With this you get the space, tables and chairs. The hall is pre-decorated; you are more than welcome to add your own touches and personalize it for your event.

A Non-Refundable deposit of $750 is required at the time of booking.
An additional check for $250 is required and held for a damage deposit (damage deposit will be refunded only after an event; providing no damage occurs).
Specialty items and wedding events are non-refundable.
Full payment must be made one week prior to the event.
Cash or Check. Corporate functions will be invoiced. We also except Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Prices and the menu are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include 7.25% food tax or 18% service charge.
It is necessary that a confirmed customer count be given to us one week prior to the event. The number that is given to us is what we prepare for and charge you for. All children under 10 can be counted as 2 people for 1 plate.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
NO food or beverage of ANY kind will be permitted to be brought into Ideal Hall by any persons, except wedding cakes.
The hall is beautifully decorated with white twinkle lights surrounding the dance floor and throughout the hall. A beautiful waterfall and grotto can be seen on the links page. There is a podium for your guest book and a locked box for your cards. The hall does not allow confetti. Price includes setup and take down of tables, chairs, trash removal and cleanup. Any decor you bring in you are resposible to setup and must be taken with you following the end of the event.
Either live entertainment or D.J. is the renter's choice and payment is the renter's responsibility. If you would like referrals, contact us.
Security Personel must be on site whenever alcoholic beverages are served between 8:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. for $150.00. Payment is the renter's responsibility.
Your event ends at midnight. All guests must be off the premises by 12:30 a.m.
