Last Saturday you put together the food portion for our company picnic at Como, serving a little over 100 people. As the organizer, I was obviously concerned since we wanted it to be a special event for our employees and families and we had not used you previously. EVERY SINGLE PERSON that I spoke with, from the CEO to the hourly staff thought that you and your team did an EXCELLENT JOB.
First, you showed up exactly as arranged and the food preparation was complete and on time. Secondly, the QUALITY and SERVICE was great with everything being exactly as discussed / arranged. Finally, the product was fresh and all of the components showed the professionalism of your team and their attention to detail.
Feel free to share this letter with other "newbees" that are looking to use TST for the first time. If you have them call our team, we will surely be happy to give you strong reviews, which is what you earned through the service that you offered. We have already decided that for the next catered event that we have that TST will be our first call when doing our planning.

Our church seniors group likes good food. After several attempts at finding something that was to everyone's satisfaction, our group settled on your catering service for all of our events at the church. The food is always hot, always plentiful, always delicious. There are special touches and excellent flavors that keep everybody talking about the food for days. Hi Stacy and Tony --- Just have to let you know how incredibly pleased we were with your service! As you know, Andy and Sarah's wedding was a bit challenging (to say the least!) being they were both out of the country till just before their wedding. I felt so relieved and comfortable working with you to help arrange their reception. You were so efficient, confident and reassuring that you took all the worry out of that end of things. And..... the food was INCREDIBLE! Every comment I heard from guests was positive --and one who happens to work in business event-planning even said it was one of the best meals she's had at an event this size!!! Pretty high praise, and well-deserved! The hall was beautiful, service topnotch and the prices were amazingly affordable! I will definitely recommend your company to anyone and everyone!!!!!

I can not thank you enough for TST Creative Catering's part in the success of our event on Saturday, June 6.
Not only did you step up at the last minute when I ran into problems with the previously arranged caterer, but you did so in the kindest, most reassuring way.
The food TST provided for my mom's 75th birthday party was fabulous - we had many compliments and just as promised we put your name in our program.
Most impressive to me were the caterers provided for the event. From the moment they introduced themselves, I didn't have to think about anything to do with the "kitchen". I expected that they would be efficient and professional. The pleasant surprise was how accommodating they were - how just plain nice they were to our guests and family. The buffet table was beautiful in part due to the extra little touches the caterers added at the last minute. When we forgot a cake knife, one was instantly and graciously provided by your staff.
I plan a lot of events and parties. TST is my caterer of choice and I will recommend you to everyone. You helped make this party a huge success!

We live out of town and everything was so easy to plan through your very detailed website. Stacy was great to work with, took care of ALL the details needed,in a professional way as well as being very approachable. The FOOD was wonderful and we recvd lots of compliments for it. The staff did everything we asked for and took care of everything we needed. Everyone loved the facility! It was beautiful! Thanks again for a very beautiful day on Saturday. We had so many compliments about how wonderful the food was and how nice the hall looked. Hopefully there will be some blushing brides to be coming your way as a result of Saturday's reception. Also please thank Ryan and Vic for staffing the bar for us. I even heard from a number of our younger crowd how Vic kept the soft drinks flowing for them all night even if they came back every 2 minutes during the dance.

I had several people make a point of telling me how good your buffet was at WLC last night. One woman said she had never had such a good meal at a similar event and said, "Please tell the caterer it was fabulous, the best catered meal I've ever eaten and we've had what are supposed to be some of the best."
And the amount of food was perfect -- Everyone got their fill and then some ...
You guys are just the greatest!
