We appreciate your interest in TST CREATIVE CATERING for your special event. Our buffet menu offers a variety of American entrees as well as Mexican entrees. All dinners are prepared authentically and displayed creatively. If you have a specific menu in mind, please give us a call. We'll be happy to work with you to prepare a menu to fit your budget.

CANCELLATIONS You may cancel your order by giving us notification 48 hours prior to event/delivery to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. Specialty items and wedding events are non-refundable.

PAYMENT Full payment must be made one week prior to the event.

PAYMENT METHOD Cash or Check. Corporate functions will be invoiced. We also except Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

PRICES Prices and the menu are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include 7% food tax or 10% service charge.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP You may pick up your order at our convenient location.

GUEST COUNT It is necessary that a confirmed customer count be given to us one week prior to the event. The number that is given to us is what we prepare for and charge you for. All children under 10 can be counted as 2 people for 1 plate.

FOOD & BEVERAGE NO food or beverage of ANY kind will be permitted to be brought into Ideal Hall by any persons, except wedding cakes.

DECORATIONS The hall is beautifully decorated with white twinkle lights surrounding the dance floor and throughout the hall. A beautiful waterfall and grotto can be seen on the links page. There is a podium for your guest book and a locked box for your cards. The hall does not allow confetti.

CATERING TST Creative Catering is the exclusive caterer to the hall.

MUSIC Either live entertainment or D.J. is the renter's choice and payment is the renter's responsibility. If you would like referrals, contact us.

SECURITY A St. Paul police officer must be on duty whenever alcoholic beverages are served between 8:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. for $180.00. Payment is the renter's responsibility.

HOURS Your event ends at midnight. All guests must be off the premises by 12:30 a.m.

TST's Ideal Hall (through the Scandia Creamery) offers an option of
an open bar or cash bar:

  • See the Beverage Menu below for details.

  • Set-ups are $1.50 per person for all they can drink, all night, including Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Tonic, Orange Juice and ice.

  • Bartenders are $15 per hour. Renters pay the bartender directly.

    Professional Bar Services:

    From weddings and banquets to class reunions and picnics, Scandia Creamery is equipped to provide you with a memorable and positive bar service experience; whether at TST's Ideal Hall or off site.

    Scandia Creamery is a full service beverage caterer with a friendly and professional staff ready to deliver prompt, courteous and reliable service to you and your guests. Scandia Creamery's bar service is fully licensed and insured. Our bar staff takes care of the drinks, so that you can take care of entertaining the guests. We clean up the mess so you can enjoy the party. We also offer a fine selection of beer, wine and hard liquor providing plenty of chorus for each special occasion.

    Bar Set-Up Each bar option listed requires a complete bar set-up provided by Ideal Hall. Off premise events include a portable bar with ice, fruit garnishes, soda pop, bottled water, juices, mixers, beverage napkins, stirrer sticks, and plastic glassware.

    This package includes standard selections of beer, wine and liquor from our Alcohol Selection Menu. You may request special products not listed on our menu at additional cost. All beverages will be charged the standard pricing from the Alcohol Selection Menu and the total will be billed to the customer at the end of the event. Host tabs and tickets are available.

    Option # 2 Cash Bar (Non-Host Bar)

    This package includes standard selections of beer, wine and liquor from our Alcohol Selection Menu. You may request special products not listed on our menu at additional cost. All beverages will be charged the standard pricing from the Alcohol Selection Menu. Special products will be priced according to selection.

    Option # 3 Combination

    This package includes standard selections of beer, wine and liquor from our Alcohol Selection Menu. You may request special products not listed on our menu at additional cost. The customer may open the bar for a predetermined amount of time. All drinks during this period will be billed to the customer. After the designated time period the bar will revert to cash bar.

    Option # 4 Champagne Toast

    This package includes chilled champagne, plastic fluted glassware and pouring staff. The cost of this package is $2.50 per person.
